My number one goal is to help you make positive changes in your life. My hope is that I can help you to tap into existing strengths, increase coping strategies and learn new ways to be present in order to improve overall quality of life and well-being. I work with individuals, couples and families. Below are my main areas of specialty:

  1. Working with clients with high levels of stress, anxiety, and burnout.

  2. Working with adolescents, young adults and adults with chronic medical conditions (Chronic Pain, Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes and others)

  3. Working with parents of children with chronic medical conditions

Through therapy we can work together to address issues such as parent-child conflict, disease management burnout, grief/loss, anxiety, social stressors and adjustment to managing/living independently. I am passionate about working with clients to improve self care, access positive coping strategies and learn new stress management techniques.

One of the most important parts of therapy is the relationship between the client(s) and the therapist. I want to make sure that, in addition to my training and experience meeting your needs, my therapeutic style and personality are a good fit for you as well.
